City Arts works with the most vulnerable people in our community to change lives through the arts.

Recent projects include:

Imagine – a 3-year project that used the arts to enrich the lives of older people in care, better involving them in the wider community and supporting them to connect with people of all ages.

Express Yourself  – a programme has been developed with the involvement of young people with the aim of supporting them to gain skills and qualifications by raising self-esteem in a safe creative environment.

Nottingham Puppet Festival – the city’s first puppetry festival is a collaboration with the Theatre Royal and Royal Concert Hall, City Arts and Nottingham Trent University. City Arts will be working to engage the communities of Nottingham in this fabulous four-day festival.

This celebration event at Home Perrepont Hall will be raising funds for City Arts’ engagement programme. The evening will feature music and food, prizes and an art auction with work from internationally renowned artists including Wolfgang Buttress and Yelena Popova. There will be live music from The Kanneh Masons and Cristel, plus a few more surprises.

We hope that you are able to join us for this unique evening of art, music, food, drink and entertainment.
