Alison Duddle with Moomin Puppets

Old Friends (and New Daydreams) is an exhibition of puppets and masks by West Yorkshire based artist Alison Duddle.   

Alison has created work for theatre, parades, film and television. For many years she was joint Artistic Director at the renowned Horse + Bamboo Theatre. She now has her own company, Bird in the Hand Theatre.

The puppets in this exhibition include some of her favorite puppets from past performance, as well as newer works. Alison is running a 4-day intensive puppet making workshop as part of Nottingham Puppet Festival.

This exhibition is part of the Nottingham Puppet Festival 2020. The festival presents an eclectic mix of performances, talks, workshops, film screenings and more, featuring the talents of local, national and international artists.
