Would you like to develop creative skills and join the conversation on improving mental health?
Join researchers from the Storytelling Academy at University of Loughborough and help them understand more about young people’s experience of mental health.
Following ice-breakers and games, the team will work with you to create a digital version of your personal story. This will include writing a script, recording your voice and combining it with imagery. Afterwards, you’ll be asked to reflect on the experience as a group.
How it works
The workshop is open to people aged 18-25. Each person taking part will receive a £20 Amazon gift voucher as a thank you for attending. Lunch is provided.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the workshop begins.
