Are you a 13-17 year old who identifies as LGBTQ+? Join artists Meridith Dickin and Amelia Daiz for a creative and empowering art workshop, part of the Queer Up Duck! festival.
Working collaboratively with other workshop participants, you’ll use paint pens on acetate to create abstract and bold portraits that capture aspects of your identity. These will be layer together to create a dynamic installation artwork. All materials provided, just bring your ideas and enthusiasm!
By the end of the workshop, you’ll have created a unique piece of art that will be featured in the Identities exhibition at Broadway Gallery. The exhibition will showcase the diverse and vibrant voices of LGBTQ+ young people and their allies.
