Promotional poster for 'Hoopla! Bulwell', a free mini-festival for children aged 0–4. The event is scheduled for 12 August 2025 from 10 AM to 2:30 PM. The design features bold colours and three circular photos: a young boy sitting outdoors, a performer engaging two young girls with puppets, and a smiling girl holding her fingers to her eye. At the bottom, logos of supporting organisations are shown, including City Arts, SSBC (Small Steps Big Changes), Community Fund, Arts Council England, Paul Hamlyn Foundation, and Garfield Weston Foundation.

Hoopla! is a fun, free, outdoor mini-festival for ages 0-4. Enjoy puppetry, art, theatre, music, play, and exploration in a park near you. The festival is returning for its fourth year.

I look forward to coming each year for the creativity. So grateful my children can access these experiences for free!
