A free puppet show and workshop for ages 5+.
Join us for a playful show where puppets, objects and live music turn a wheelbarrow into a world.
Meet Olive, a park-keeper on a mission to tidy up, and Teaspoon, a mischievous bird made from discarded materials.
As Olive works in her park, she has surprising encounters with wildlife and visitors. Everyday objects turn into creatures, tools and strange new forms.
After the show, stay for a hands-on workshop. Create your own puppet and try bringing it to life. You can take your puppet home and keep the story going.
**Please Note: The venue for this performance has changed from the printed flyer. It will now take place at Arkwright Meadows Community Gardens.**
Tales from the Wheelbarrow is presented by Wayward Objects as part of Nottingham Puppet Festival.
