Making a Complaint

If you have concerns about any aspect of City Arts’ work or have an issue that you wish to bring to our attention, please complete the secure form below. Your complaint will be directed to a special inbox. This can only by accessed by senior staff. Your complaint will be treated in the strictest confidence. You will receive a written acknowledgement within three working days.

We aim to investigate your complaint and reply within ten working days, setting out how the problem will be dealt with. If this is not possible, an interim response will be made informing you of the action taken to date or being considered. If you are not satisfied with our response, please write to the City Arts’ Chair. They will report on the matter at the next meeting of the Trustees, who will decide on further steps to resolve the situation.
