Poster promoting Hoopla!, a series of free mini-festivals for children aged 0–4 starting on 4 August 2026. Three circular photos show a child crawling on grass, a child hugging a large red soft play ball in a park, and a smiling child. Colourful circles decorate the background, with City Arts, Small Steps Big Changes, National Lottery Community Fund and Arts Council England logos along the bottom.

For a fifth year, City Arts are bringing a mini-festival for 0-4 year olds to four Nottingham areas. Hoopla! is a fun, free, outdoor mini-festival. Join us in St Ann’s, Hyson Green, Aspley and Bulwell for a day of puppetry, art, theatre, music, play, and exploration.

Outdoor scene at a family-friendly event. A performer, dressed in a flat cap and casual clothing, is interacting with children using a large goose puppet. The group is seated on the grass in a shaded area with trees and bunting in the background. Several adults and young children are watching and smiling, with one child holding a juice pouch. A chalkboard in the background reads 'Puppet'.
