City Arts are bringing a mini-festival for 0-4 year olds and their families to four Nottingham areas. Hoopla! is a fun, free, outdoor festival. Join us in Bulwell, St Ann’s, Hyson Green and Aspley for a day of puppetry, music, play and exploration.

Watch a puppet show performed on a tricycle. Enter the magical, musical world of woodland creatures. Enjoy sensory play with the Makers of Imaginary Worlds. Create music with the City Arts chimes.

Small Steps Big Changes will have a stall at the event. They’ll be answering questions and sharing information about local support services.
