We are delighted to introduce a new member of the City Arts team.

Kathryn Bennett has joined City Arts as an Arts Management Intern. During her internship she will be involved in the planning, promotion and administration of our workshops and events in Nottingham & Nottinghamshire.

The internship is being part funded by the Creative Employment Programme, following a bid by The Mighty Creatives on behalf of a consortium of cultural and arts organisations in the East Midlands.

Kathryn was recruited at the beginning of August and will be working with us, full-time, for six months. During the internship there will be the chance to meet interns working with other members of the consortium to discuss their work, share advice and offer support to each other.

By the end of the internship Kathryn will have developed a good knowledge and understanding of the practice of arts management, and have gained an insight into the creative and cultural sector. We hope that she will learn a lot from City Arts and that the role will help her in future career.
