In 2023, our mini-festival for 0-4 year olds visited four Nottingham neighbourhoods. Supported by Small Steps Big Changes, it brought theatre and art to children in Bulwell, Aspley, St Anns and Hyson Green. Handmade Theatre, Circus Hub Nottingham and Makers of Imaginary Worlds each presented a family-friendly show. They featured delights ranging from puppet birds to aerial acrobatics. Hoopla! was also shortlisted for a Fantastic for Families award.
At each event we asked you what you thought. Here’s some of the fantastic feedback we received, alongside some fab photos by Lamar Francois.

My 4 year-old daughter had a great time. She loved the puppet performance & belly dancing & aerial acrobatics. It’s been a lovely day, even great for my 9 month-old.
