For the second year in a row, City Arts are bringing a mini-festival for 0-4 year olds to four Nottingham areas. Hoopla! is a fun, free, outdoor mini-festival. Join us in Hyson Green, Aspley, Bulwell or St Ann’s for a day of puppetry, acrobatics, play and dance.
Meet Handmade Theatre’s bird puppets. Enjoy sensory play with the Makers of Imaginary Worlds. Do arts and crafts with Raisa McLarey-Francis.
Small Steps Big Changes will have a stall at the event. They’ll be answering questions and sharing information about local support services.
