Last year the fantastic Igloo Hostel chose City Arts as one of three local charities to receive a share of the money collected through their website’s BookingButton. It has been great to get to know the team that run the independent, quirky, city centre hostels. We got to visit their hostels and would highly recommend that anyone looking for a place to stay in Nottingham checks them out.

Their donation will go towards our vital work to ensure that all people can take part in the arts regardless of health, ability, or economic status.  Thank you so much to Igloo for their support and for choosing us as one of their nominated charities for another year!

“We really hope that the money we have collected over the past year from the reservations made through our BookingButton can help the 3 local charities that we have been sponsoring; City Arts, Nottingham Counselling Service and Nottingham Women’s Centre.

We think that City Arts is a fantastic company and it is clear to see the important role they play in all aspects of the Nottingham community. It has been great to meet and get to know the team members as well as keeping up to date and following all the amazing projects they have been doing.

We have enjoyed supporting City Arts so much and are so thankful for the support they have given back to us we have decided to sponsor them for another year! 50p of any booking made directly through our website on www.igloohostel.co.uk will go to our 3 chosen charities next year which are Arkwright Meadows Community Gardens, Make to Make and City Arts.”
