Professional artists are amazing, and none of our work could happen without them. That’s why we’re committed to supporting artists, particularly when it comes to spotting and nurturing talent that might be overlooked by the arts establishment. With a focus on under-represented artists from a range of backgrounds, we provide development opportunities, residencies, paid employment, career support and signposting to further opportunities.
